Amplee recognizes the importance of maintaining your privacy. We value your privacy and appreciate your trust in us. This privacy policy ("Policy") is being published in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws in India.

This Policy outlines Amplee's relation to the storage, use, processing and disclosure of information collected on the [application]/website ("Platform") and applies to both current and former visitors to our Platform. By visiting and/or using our Platform, and by providing your information, you:

We use Personal Information to operate and provide services available on the Platform, including onboarding and managing accounts, facilitating campaign management and providing insights on reach, engagement and campaign performance. In addition to this, we may also use your Personal Information to improve the functionality and performance of the Platform, analyse usage trends, communicate with you and enforce our agreements with you.

"Non-Personal Information" is the information that does not identify you. This type of information may include things like the Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") of the website you visited before coming to our Platform, the URL of the website you visit after leaving our Platform, the type of browser you are using and your IP address.

• For our internal records;

Jurisdiction

If you choose to visit/use this Platform, your visit/usage and any dispute over data privacy is subject to this Policy and the terms and conditions of this Platform. In addition to the foregoing, any disputes arising under this Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in determining such dispute.

Users may submit complaints or grievances in relation to, inter alia, violation of the applicable provisions of law, the Platform's terms and conditions, this Policy, or any other matter pertaining to the use of the Platform to the grievance officer using the contact details provided below. The complaint should contain sufficient details to enable the officer to review and address the issue, including your name, contact information, a description of the grievance, and the specific relief or action sought.
